2. Eligibility

By using this website or engaging with any services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Our services are not intended for individuals under 18.

3. Nature of Services

All services offered by Rose Magic are for personal growth, energetic recalibration, and spiritual support. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Participation in sessions, containers, or offerings does not guarantee any specific outcome or result. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after engaging in any service.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All services must be paid in full prior to your session, package, or membership starting, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless specified.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

  • Due to the nature of the work and energetic preparation involved, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  • In certain circumstances, Rose may offer rescheduling, credit, or transfer options at her sole discretion.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

For 1:1 sessions:

  • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.

  • In the rare event Rose needs to reschedule, you will be offered the next available time.

For ongoing containers (membership or custom packages), specific rescheduling policies will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of enrollment.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

Rose Magic honors the confidentiality of your personal and energetic information. Information you share in sessions or through the website will be kept private except where disclosure is required by law or to protect rights, safety, or well-being.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and digital products, are the property of Rose Magic unless otherwise stated.
